• distribute copies of articles or portions of these publications to individuals or groups outside of HCC (non-subscribers)
• sell or distribute articles or portions of articles from this resource to institutions for commercial purposes or for cost-avoidance or reduction by a non-subscribing institution

Vendors often monitor use to verify compliance with license agreements and contracts. Breach of license by a single user or group of users provides grounds for the vendor to restrict or remove access from HCC.
